Bolt To is Karin Langer’s project that follows the French “négociant” model of sourcing small batches of wine (one barrel at a time) from producers who would otherwise not be able to bottle or sell in such limited quantities. The result is an exclusive release of single varieties made by the Central Coast’s most talented winemakers in an unassuming, beautiful package. In other words, you get an extremely high quality, limited production wine at a fraction of the cost had it been released under the actual winemaker's label!
